New GReddy R35 Fuel Rail

MSRP: $780.00

GReddy Part Number:13923101

• Factory fuel rail has a restrictive boss with in the tube which interrupts the fuel flow for high power application. GReddy Fuel Delivery Tube will improve the flow capacity by straightening the main tube with the injector center line as well as increasing the inner diameter of the main tube to 14mm. We were also able to increase the inner diameter of the connecting line to each bank to 10mm by using AN8 fitting and -8 Teflon lined fuel safe hose.

• With the included flanged fittings and -8 AN fittings you can mount the factory fuel pressure regulator and the dampener right on the rail or customize with upgraded fuel pressure regulators.

• By separating the mounting bracket from the main tube, the mounting height are adjustable, keeping the original injector mounting angle.

* The adjustment range is 2.5mm above and 3.5mm lower from the original factory injector position.

* When using upgrade injectors on factory fuel rail, the mounting brackets needs to be modified by slotting out the holes, but due to the injector length differences, and by the fuel rail being mounted crooked (not perpendicular to the injector boss), there are possibilities of fuel and/or air leak.

We have confirmed that our rail works with ID1000, *ID1600, ID2000, Sard800 and factory injectors.
* slight modifications are required to the ID1600 injector to make it fit to to the length.

Our techs already have our SP35 GTR on the dyno, but before throwing everything back together I caught a glimpse of the mockup of the custom made oil catch can designed by our welder. One great thing about having our own master of metal is we can create custom parts that specifically fit our needs for our builds.

Here is a shot of our oil cap lock that you often see on F1 cars. This is to ensure the oil cap is locked down during abrasive moments on the track, and on the dyno. The last thing you want are parts vibrating loose due to all the motion!

The GReddy Type29R carbon fiber air duct for the R35 GTR has yet to be released, but we give you one of the few reviews before it launches onto the market. GReddy cleverly introduced this air duct to direct airflow straight to the GReddy Type29 XL intercooler, rather than a high percentage of the air dispersing into the atmosphere from the bumper ducts. The fitment is top notch, seamlessly finding its home behind the bumper and snugly in front of the Type29 intercooler. There are four mounting points, two on the top, and two on the bottom. The carbon weave is beautiful, and the glossy coating is seamless. Definitely a high-end product!

Be sure to give one of our sales reps a call if you’re interested in this product! We will give you more information regarding its release and price!

Many of our readers/fans might be wondering what ever happened to our SP35 GTR. Well, simply put, our R35 has been under the knife for quite some time, and out of sight from the public for a couple reasons. For one; we most definitely put our client’s cars before our own, and two; we have been trying to expand our knowledge with a variety of parts to see what will suit our needs better for the track. As many of you GTR fans know, AMS Performance surpassed our fastest time at the track a few months ago. In order to compete in what’s become the heavyweight class, we decided to make a few additions as well as changes to our current setup. Competition is the leading factor in any industry, and we are glad AMS has stepped up to the plate to keep us from slacking off.

Our new setup will consist of the 4.3L stroker kit, ARP L19 headstuds, Tomei Cams, JE Pistons, Carrillo Rods, and a custom oversized headgasket for our bored out block. In addition to the internals, we also upgraded our GReddy blow off valves to the larger Type-R blow off valves which can sustain more air volume which will be essential with our 1000+hp build. After working on numerous GTR builds, we have come to understand that every little intricate detail can have a detrimental effect on how the R35 GTR performs.

Here are a few more snaps of the current bolt-on build we have going on. Like mentioned before, we installed AMS downpipes, HKS resonated mid pipe, HKS Racing and Premium Suction kits, HKS spark plugs, and COBB AP with custom SPE tune on this Super Silver R35 GTR. We will be updating this article with the final numbers after we have tuned the car to see how much the bolt-on upgrades increase the factory turbos efficiency.
