Disclaimer - Some of the parts for sale have been designed for and are intended for use for off-highway application only. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of these parts may void warranty coverage, if any on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Lambo-Power and its assosiates will NOT be held liable for any direct, special or consequential damages for any loss, profit, of any kind.

Method of payment –

• We accept Visa and Mastercard, money order and cashier’s check, or bank wire transfer.
• Orders will only be placed through our online web store, or by phone. Orders sent by Fax or E-mail will not be processed.
• All orders placed with SP Engineering (phone, internet/web & e-mail) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on SP Engineering price list and all conditions listed below.
• All parts shall remain the property of SP Engineering until paid in full.
• All orders shipped to a California address must pay 8.25% California sales tax. In an event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a California address, SP Engineering will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed.
• Money orders and cashier’s check need to be received in full before shipping any product(s) out.
• All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Some product image may be shown with optional items that are sold separately.
• If you need to CANCEL an order, you will need to contact SP Engineering within 24hrs from the date it was placed.
• SP Engineering will notify the customer if there are any errors with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations before processing the order. SP Engineering will not be held responsible for these errors due to server errors.

International Customers -

• International orders may not use a credit card.
• Method of payment will only be accepted by bank wire transfer from your account into our account.

Warranty -

• All merchandise sold by SP Engineering is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise.
• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s misuse, abuse, negligence, and mishandling. All merchandise sold by SP Engineering is only subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manfacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts.
• SP Engineering will not be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Policy -

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
• All returns are for exchange and store credit only. No refunds.
• No cancellations, refunds, exchanges on special order items or custom ordered items will be allowed.
• Return for exchange or store credit will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. Any merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will not be allowed.
• RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We have the right to refuse any returns without this number.
• All returns must be received by SP Engineering within 10 calendar days after the R.A.N. number has been issued.
• R.A.N. number does not imply a replacement or store credit, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
